How It Works
From your request to pickup day, we make the process simple.
Request a Pickup
Tell us what you have and choose Free Pickup, Priority Pickup, or Removal Service. We'll text you after your request so you can send us a few photos.
Send Photos & Get Approved
Reply to our text with a few clear photos of your items. Make sure to highlight any damages or areas of note. We'll review them and let you know which pickup options they're eligible for.
Choose Your Pickup
Once approved, we'll send you a link to schedule. Choose our flexible Free Pickup or upgrade to Priority Pickup for faster service and your choice of an available pickup window.
We Pick It Up
Our crew comes to you and handles the pickup. Items can be inside the home, upstairs, downstairs, in the garage, on the porch, or outside.
